We are a company who handles the needs of mulitple websites. We are currently looking for a customer service rep to answer calls and respond to emails. We are looking for some who has a good positive attitude. Individual must be able to learn quickly and adapt frequently as we currently handle customer service for 9 different websites and we must fully understand the terms and conditions of each site. Must be able to handle difficult customers. We would also like someone who is comfortable pitching upsells and other offers to customers who call.
Position is full time (9-5 M-F) and starts at $12 hr. Please attach resume when responding to this ad.
